Dominique Washington
Vice President, Enterprise Vendor Manager II
Dominique is an Enterprise Vendor Manager II and Team Lead at Bank of America, overseeing critical technology vendor relationships, regulatory compliance, and risk mitigation. Since joining the bank in 2010 as a part-time teller, he has held various roles in Consumer Banking focused on client experience, leadership, and operational excellence. A passionate community advocate, Dominique leads Richmond’s Better Money Habits (BMH) Volunteer efforts, delivering financial literacy to hundreds annually. He also co-chairs the Richmond Black Professional Group’s Professional Development committee, where he helped launch a successful mentorship program in 2024. A first-generation college graduate, Dominique lives in Richmond, VA, and enjoys traveling with his wife and son.

In the course community, you can interact with other student- athletes and the coach facilitator in real time. However, the course lessons and workshops are not live. We know student-athletes are always stretched for time, so we want to ensure that everyone can learn at their own pace and on their own schedule. Stay tuned for some live programming coming soon for those interested!
Through IMG Academy+ Essentials, you will have access to IMG Academy+ Coaches through the course community and learning experiences. Customers who purchase 1:1 coaching will have access to their own private coach.
