Jeanne is an IMG Academy Performance Dietitian who started her nutrition journey as a Division I student-athlete at Towson University. There, she experienced firsthand the transformative impact of nutrition on optimizing athletic performance and supporting overall well-being. She then worked as a health teacher in Carroll County, Maryland, and later as an assistant softball coach at West Chester University in Pennsylvania. She has dedicated herself to providing athlete-centered nutrition education for high-school and collegiate athletes in individual and group settings. She is passionate about empowering athletes to optimize their health, wellness, and performance through science-based, realistic, and sustainable strategies.

Dr. Derek Marr is a Certified Mental Performance Coach with over 16 years of experience in sport psychology and coaching. He holds a Doctorate in Sport Psychology from the University of Missouri and currently leads the Applied Sport Psychology graduate program at Northern Michigan University. Dr. Marr has coached at all levels, from high school champions in Michigan to college teams at Baylor and the University of Missouri. His athletes have earned over 50 NCAA All-American honors and multiple national titles. He's passionate about helping athletes build a winning mindset on and off the field. Dr. Marr lives in Marquette, Michigan, with his wife and two sons.

Max Dadswell is a performance dietitian from Hershey, Pennsylvania, with a strong academic foundation built at Penn State University, where he earned both his Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in Nutritional Sciences. His professional journey includes experience with elite athletic organizations such as Penn State Football, the Kansas City Royals, and Orlando City Soccer Club. Since January 2025, Max has been based on campus at IMG Academy, where he has supported the nutrition needs of student-athletes across multiple sports, including boys and girls soccer, volleyball, baseball, and football.

Dr. Pete Paciorek, Ed.D., is the Head of Leadership & Character Development at IMG Academy, the world leader in sports education. He is passionate about supporting students, athletes, educators, coaches, and parents in effective long-term pedagogy to cultivate positive youth development. At IMG Academy, Dr. Paciorek is responsible for designing and leading character development programs that help students form well-rounded identities, overcome challenges, uplift one another and their communities, and achieve success both on and off the field. He works closely with all middle-school and high-school students at the academy, as well as with students in every grade during IMG Academy’s sports training camps, and with other coaches and educators in the development of IMG Academy pedagogy.
