Throughout her career as a competitive soccer player and track runner, Rachel sustained a total of 3 ACL tears and a meniscus tear, which fueled her passion for pursuing a career in sport psychology. These experiences allow her to connect with players who have faced the most difficult of obstacles, knowing that no challenge is too big to overcome when you commit to developing your mental game.

Performance Dietitian
Jeanne is an IMG Academy Performance Dietitian who started her nutrition journey as a Division I student-athlete at Towson University. There, she experienced firsthand the transformative impact of nutrition on optimizing athletic performance and supporting overall well-being. She then worked as a health teacher in Carroll County, Maryland, and later as an assistant softball coach at West Chester University in Pennsylvania. She has dedicated herself to providing athlete-centered nutrition education for high-school and collegiate athletes in individual and group settings. She is passionate about empowering athletes to optimize their health, wellness, and performance through science-based, realistic, and sustainable strategies.
