Performance Dietitian

DR. BROOKE WYATT

Brooke Wyatt is a veteran dietitian and board-certified sports nutrition specialist. Brooke joined the IMG Academy+ team after spending four seasons as the LA Galaxy team performance dietitian, where she was responsible for the team’s daily nutrition and individualized athlete counseling. This experience revealed a lack of nutrition knowledge among professional athletes, cultivating a new passion for educating younger athletes prior to reaching this top level.

HANNAH COOPER

Hannah Cooper is a Registered and Licensed Dietitian residing in San Diego. She completed her Bachelor's Degree in Nutritional Sciences at Pepperdine University in Malibu, California, and went on to complete her Master's Degree and Dietetic Internship at the University of Florida. Hannah enjoys educating young athletes about the power of food and using it as fuel to enhance performance.

    General Questions

  • All student-athletes are welcome but this course is best suited for student-athletes ages 13-19 who are looking to optimize their nutrition to win in sports and life. 

    Applicable to all sports!

  • This course consists of 5 modules that take roughly 1 hour each to complete. You can start and come back to modules, lessons and activities whenever you’d like. You’re guaranteed to come away with valuable tips in as quickly as 10 minutes!

    This course is designed to fit into your schedule, so make sure to go at your own pace!

  • We recommend taking additional Nutrition courses & workshops as they get added to build on what you’ve learned thus far. 

    If you’re looking to go deeper on Nutrition, and get coaching that is more specific to you, consider getting a Nutrition Coach. With private coaching, you’ll get to meet one-on-one with your expert IMG Academy+ Nutrition Coach who will tailor an action plan specific to your goals and needs.   • In the course community, you can interact with other student-athletes and your expert coach facilitator in real time.

    However, the course lessons are not live. We know student-athletes are always stretched for time, so we want to ensure that every person can learn at their own pace and on their own schedule.

  • We’ve designed our courses with multiple learning styles in mind. Whether you learn best by watching videos, interacting with peers and course instructors, engaging in activities, writing, self-reflecting or listening to audio, we’ve got you covered.
