Managing Partner and Co-Founder, Advance
As a former Wall Street executive, Courtney brings over 25 years of expertise and experience in helping athletes reach their financial goals. Now, as co-founder of ADVANCE Courtney is an objective and independent expert. Instead of managing assets, she educates athletes about all things financial, helps clients vet and monitor their advisors and prepares them for their financial future. During her investment career, Courtney worked at Barclays, Lehman Brothers, Credit Suisse and DLJ. She began her career at Wells Fargo in commercial and investment banking. She has served on the Alumni and Business Advisory Boards at La Salle University and as an advisor to the World Series of Entrepreneurship. Courtney currently serves on the Board of the Philadelphia Youth Organization/Marian Anderson Recreation Center, and the Jean and Raymont Harris Foundation.

A self-proclaimed Protector of Possibilities, Luke Fedlam is a partner and head of the Sports Law Practice Group at Porter, Wright, Morris & Arthur, LLP. As a non-agent sports attorney, he regularly advises and counsels professional athletes and sports related businesses on their endeavors outside of their sport. He is also a highly sought after speaker and thought leader on the changes impacting college sports.
Luke is also the Managing Partner of Advance – an educational consulting firm focused on educating teams of athletes, coaches and athletic administrators and the professional, college and high school levels. Advance is a recognized industry resource that develops athletes for life and business opportunities beyond their sport. Currently, Advance works with multiple professional teams and leagues, college athletic departments and state public high school athletic associations and organizations.
Outside of work, Luke serves on the Board of Trustees for Capital University, the Board of Directors for the National Youth Advocate Program, the Board of Directors for the Columbus Clippers minor league baseball team, and is an active member of Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity, Inc.
Luke received his J.D. from the Ohio State University Moritz College of Law and his B.A. from Wake Forest University.
