Dr. Greg Young
Head of Mental Performance Coaching at IMG Academy+
Upon completing his PhD in Sports Psychology and Motor Behavior, Greg served as an Instructor in the Department of Kinesiology at Western Washington University (WA), Senior Lecturer in Sport Coaching & Sport Development at Liverpool John Moores University (UK), and as Assistant Professor of Kinesiology at James Madison University, while providing mental performance training services to Collegiate athletes.
Greg originally joined IMG Academy in 2019 as Assistant Head of Mental Conditioning, working with boy's soccer, girl's tennis, and golf programs before becoming Manager for IMG+ Coaching and Development.
Greg is a keen golfer and soccer player and lives in Bradenton, FL with his dog, Millie.

Dr. Emily Wright
Emily received her Ph.D. in Sports Psychology with a concentration in youth sports parenting from Michigan State University. At MSU, Emily provided mental performance training services to the DI women’s tennis team and youth hockey teams in the surrounding area. Currently, Emily is an Assistant Professor at Miami University (Ohio), where she teaches and mentors students in Sport Psychology.
Emily joined the IMG Academy+ team in October 2021 as a mental performance coach and is currently working with various athletes from various sports (tennis, golf, soccer, hockey, swimming, and basketball).
Outside of work, Emily enjoys watching hockey, exercising, and spending time with her husband, Zack, in Oxford, Ohio.
